The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is very near Sol Plaza and the Food Market. It is right in the center of the city, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and similar to what we saw in the pictures. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful in making our stay enjoyable.
The chairs around the table were hard and uncomfortable.

The rooms were dark, and the cheaper ones were small for four people. the layout was perfect and the cleanliness was excellent. The staff at the reception was friendly and quick to make adjustments to our stay. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city.

This hotel is a great choice if you want excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable and you get all the basic amenities you need. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. The location is fantastic, very near the Sol Plaza and Food Market, making it close to everything and all the major attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great facilities and comfortable beds. I especially loved the tiny window that looked into the courtyard, it added a nice touch to the room.

I had a fantastic stay at New Point Opera Aparthotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major tourist attractions like the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the kitchenette was a great convenience. The 24-hour reception was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.
